Happy Saturday friends!! Thank you for coming back to the blog π«Άπ»
Today I am back sharing a card I put together using products from the March 2024 Berry Sweet Waffle Flower release. I used the items I got from the Sneak Peek club. The Waffle Flower Sneak Peek Club is a monthly subscription service that allows you to play with new items about a month before the release – it’s super fun!

To get started I pulled out a piece of Nina Classic Crest card stock in Solar White 110lb cut to 6Γ6, my grip mat, and Concord & 9th inks – Watermelon, Honeysuckle, Parsley, and Mushroom.
I placed my card stock and stencil on my grip mat, focusing on the strawberries first. Using the Watermelon ink I blended the first two rows of strawberries and then using Honeysuckle I created a slight shadow blending with my smaller brushes. I then moved the stencil to do the greenery with the Parsley ink. I tried to create a slight shadow on the greenery by using the same ink but putting a bit more pressure. Lastly I used Mushroom for the seeds.
Now time for die cutting! I first die cut the row of strawberries and then using the Sweet Plates Dies I cut out the fruit bowl from Solar White 110b card stock. Putting the bowl together was pretty easy, but you do need to remember to slip the strawberries in the bowl first before doing any of your gluing.
Once I got the strawberries and bowl how I wanted it (which took way longer than it needed to! ), it was time to put my background together. I decided to use a piece of pattern paper from the Berry Sweet Gingham Paper Pad and to balance the color out I cut out an another white rectangle to put on top.
And lastly for my sentiment, I kept things easy by using a strip from the Subsentiments Berry Sweet Diecut. These strips are the best , because all you have to do is pop things up with some foam strips and place it on your card.
This wraps up my card! Thank you for stopping by and hope this bring some inspiration and smiles your way – have a berry sweet day π
